To be able to participate in a tender for procurement of construction services in Indonesia, every foreign / local company must have a Construction Services Business Entity Certificate (SBU) in accordance with the LPJK accredited Classification and Qualifications.

Certificate of Construction Services Business Entity (SBUJK) is proof of formal recognition of the competency level of construction executor services (CONTRACTOR) and construction planning services business or construction supervisory services (CONSULTANT) as an embodiment of the results of Certification and Registration of business entities conducted by the Institute of Construction Services Development (LPJK) ).

Business Entity Certificate is also a reference for companies to be able to apply for and obtain a Business Construction Services Business License issued by Provincial / Regency / Municipality Regional Governments or Investment Coordinating Board for investment companies according to the classification and qualifications of companies in the Business Entity Certificate
